I was delighted with the convenient location of the hotel, situated close to great restaurants and even the Art Museum. The room had a charming walk-in shower, although sadly the bathtub was quite dirty. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the upside, it's centrally located near various Cleveland landmarks, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. However, the room I stayed in had a beautiful walk-in shower, but the bathtub was extremely dirty, which was a major downside. Also, the dining options were limited and not included in the stay, which was a bit disappointing.
